Returns & Exchanges

In Store Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

We’ll happily exchange or issue a store credit for any regular-priced items in new condition within 14 days of purchase.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.

Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates are a final sale.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.

Online Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

Wasn’t what you hoped for? No problem! Just bring your item to our boutiques or mail it back to us (scroll down for a step-by-step).

Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Sale and discounted items bought online only, can be exchanged or returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days of the shipping date.

How to Request a Return

Sign into your account and under My Order History, select the order containing the items you would like to return. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have a Boutique Blanche account, just click “Order Tracking” at the bottom of the page and fill in your information.

Click on the 'Return Items' button.

On the Returns page, select the items you would like to return and the reason why you want to send them back. If your item has a defect, please include details so we can work to fix it!

Review your information by clicking on the 'Review Return' button.

Confirm your return by clicking the 'Process Return' button.

You’ll soon receive an email with your Return Number. Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent off within the 14-day period.

Your Return Package:

Once you receive your return number, put the item(s) you want to return securely in a package, along with the original invoice or gift receipt.

Address the package to “Boutique Blanche” and your “Return Number” #109 1315 56th Street, Delta B.C Canada, V4L 2A6.

Contact your local carrier to pick up or drop the package off at the Post office of your choice

Note: If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one package.

When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

P.O. Box Deliveries Only:

If your purchase was shipped to a P.O. Box in Canada, please drop off your return at Canada Post.

Online Return Refund & Processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via www.shopboutiqueblanche.com with shipping fees deducted.

All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card.

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

In Store Returns for Online Purchases

Should you prefer to return your online purchases to our store, that’s no problem, come visit us we would love to see you! 

Your refund will still be credited to the original method of payment (with shipping fees deducted).

Order Cancellation

Did you hit the "Submit Order" button before you were ready? All good, we’ll do our best to help you between the hours of 10am and 6 pm PST only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel it by contacting us at 604 943-8088.
